Amongst the greatest stories of great women in the Bible is the story of the only female judge in Israel, Deborah, who led the Israelites to victory during a time of war.
In Judges 4-5 the personality of Deborah showcases a woman who was a Counselor, Leader, Doer, Deliverer in time of war, Judge, Homemaker, Gifted, Intrepid and Mother in Israel. She was able to achieve all these and more through her religious zeal and patriotism armed with her strength, abiding faith and complete trust in God.
Our goal as a group of virtuous Deborah’s is to continually strive towards encouraging one another to achieve greatness and desired positive results regardless of existing challenges and fears with the help of God.
